The three four-way rotary valve is one of the hydraulic components in the ground blowout preventer control device. The high-pressure oil in the accumulator enters the control manifold through this valve.

This valve is mainly composed of rotating shaft, handle, positioning plate, cylindrical pin, bonnet, one-way thrust ball bearing, valve core, retaining ring, valve seat, O-ring seal, wave spring, valve body, steel ball, spring and other parts composition.
This valve has the following characteristics:
The valve core and valve seat are sealed by differential pressure, so the higher the oil pressure, the better the gas sealing performance and the more reliable the seal. The wave spring plays a role of sealing and self-repair after the valve seat is worn.
Equipped with thrust bearing, when the valve changes direction, the rotating torque acting on the handle is small, not exceeding 30N·m.
The top of the valve cover is the positioning plate. When the handle is rotated, the steel ball enters one of the holes of the positioning plate under the action of the spring, and a cylindrical pin slides in the waist groove on the positioning plate to limit the position. effect. Therefore, when the valve changes direction, the handle is in place accurately, and the direction change and reset are reliable.
