The Long Sweep Elbow – Long Radius Elbow on Chiksan® Swivel Joint are designed especially for high-pressure abrasive applications such as fracturing, choke-and-kill lines, cementing and circulating hoses, acidizing and test lines. These swivel joints easily handle severe fracturing fluids, radical temperature extremes, and high flow rates that are common on unconventional shale plays.
All of our Long Sweep Elbow – Long Radius Elbows are made of high strength alloy steel AISI 4130 and heat-treated to enhance load-bearing capacity and lengthen service life. Available in sizes 2″, 3″, 4″and pressure ratings at 6000 PSI, 10000PSI, 15000 PSI CWP.
