Double Metal Cylinder Liners
Double metal cylinder liners are made with a forged steel outer shell and a abrasion and corrosion resistance of a high chromium iron inner sleeve.The dimensional accuracy should be strictly controlled in the production process, which can ensure they are easy and steady to install.With high finish and high hardness the inner sleeve has good character of wear resistance,corrosion-proof and long using life.This product is suitable for all kinds of bad working conditions. Its normal life is more than 800 hours.
Production Process: The bi-metal cylinder Liner of our company combined with the advantages of abrasion hot-forging out liner and anticorrosion high chrome inner liner. The out liner is made of high quality carbon steel by hot pressing forming. Its tensile strength is over 900000psi. The inner liner is made of high-chromium alloy by centrifugal casting.
Ceramic Liners
Ceramic Liners are made of a ceramic inner sleeve and a forged steel outer shell. The service life of ceramic liners is about 4000 to 10000 hours, the minimum time is at least 2000 hours, which is a lot more than bi-metal liners. Because of the phase transformation toughen technology, the ceramic liners have the features of wear-resistance, erosion-resistance, high-pressure-resistance, high hardness and strength. Zirconia type and Alumina type are common type of ceramic sleeve. Compared with Alumina type, Zirconia type liners have better toughness properties and a much longer service life. Piston wear and water consumption for lubrication can be reduced as well.
Hardened Steel
Mud pump Hardening treatment liner , outer is forged from round steel, chrome-plated cylinder liner through a special process in the inner hole of the jacket coated with a layer of 0.2mm thick hard rub, high frequency quenching cylinder liner overall high frequency quenching, two types of cylinder liner hardness can reach 58-62hrc.

*The material of ceramic liners is the increased flexible zirconium.These liners feature wear resistance,high anti-corrosion
high temperature resistance,high pressure,high intensity and high hardness.

*Reduced the freight cost,maintenance cost,labor cost and storage cost of oil drilling.
*Zirconium ceramic liners have better performance than alumina ceramic liners such as more toughness,longer service life
saving water lubrication,reducing wear of piston
Chrome Plated
Chromium-plated Liners
The chorme-plated liner is made from premium forged steel with the bore plated by chrome. the hardness is 58-62HRC.
Material is 45#forged steel, tensile strength is σb>610MPa, yield strength is σs>450MPa, ,elongation hardness is §>17%,hardness is HRC180-200.(the hardness of the casted outer sleeve is HRC160-200 )
High Frequency Quenching Liners
The high frequency quenching liner is suitable to use in the condition of mild corrosive mud.
The liners are hardened and heat treated under strict quality control, the hardness can reach to a level of 60HRC.
The inner sleeve is highly polished, abrasion&corrosion resistance, thus have a long service life.
